Prescription Pilates runs two studios, in Sao Bento and Saldanha, and both are fantastic for reformer work. The instructors take a really precise approach to pilates, focusing on alignment and control rather than just going through the motions. Three classes cost 55 euros, which is reasonable for the level of instruction. The studios are intimate and well maintained. A lot of people come here with specific rehab goals or postural issues and leave genuinely impressed by the results.
