Movement Lisboa is a dedicated movement culture school out in Alfragide, run by practitioners who actually trained in the Ido Portal lineage. The sessions cover everything from locomotion and floorwork to handstands and hanging. It's not a regular gym, it's more like learning a physical language. Great for anyone who's bored of conventional fitness and wants to move like a human again.
